Struggling. Half way thro holiday. Most holidays it’s been me trying to hold everything together whilst partner battles black dog. This year he isn’t and instead find myself doing battle with it. Haven’t prioritised my #selfcare . Angry with world. 😞

@DaddyDadandMe I was very drawn to them (they were older). We weren’t considered being out of local authority area. They were linked then matched with a local couple. Then months later we had a call to ask if we were still in interested in them; we were! For some it’s a less gut-based process!

@foxyj16 @DaddyDadandMe Yes, do make your thoughts heard. There are far too few adopters out there, so definitely express interest. It’s hard to change your mind about a profile, but this is the journey for you to find your family and tough as it is it’ll be the right decision.
