It takes everyone a different amount of time to realize everyone is just thinking about themselves, no one was watching, and you should’ve just done whatever the fuck you wanted to all along.
I wish more 40 year olds took their health seriously. Middle age is the "make or break" season for health. The habits you have now will have a massive impact on today but you won't feel the effects until 30 years later. It won't get easier. You need to get your ass in shape now.
Before becoming a politician, one should complete a mandatory 1.5 years of social service, divided into three-month periods:
— in nursing care
— in a daycare center
— in a school
— in a medium-sized company
— in retail
— on a farm
All unpaid and voluntary, of course.
