@flairairlines Saw this on Friday flight YYC to YYZ. Sitting in row 4 with all 3 rows and seats in front of me empty. Man comes to sit after take off. Agent comes running to tell him those are upgrade seats and unless he’s prepared to pay to sit there he must go back to his seat. Sad!
