& if not their privileges could be revoked. They should #Hotelguests especially #diamondmembers #goldmembers & #platinum #ambassador members should get penalized by their disgusting behavior towards employees. Staff should be able to survey the guests as well which affects status

Kindness is free. The customer service in hospitality world has really become toxic because companies especially ones like @HiltonHotels @Marriott enable guest to be complete monsters towards us with no consequence while evaluating us based on a survey that these people fill out.

Kindness goes a long way and I really thing @HiltonHotels @Marriott @WyndhamRewards and many other #hotels should send a mass email to their guests talking about empathy and reminding them that we are all human, and to better serve there has to be a better understanding
