@marykarrlit I didn’t drink coffee at all until rehab. TF was I thinking?? Caffeine forbidden after 10am= learn to chug/eventually ❤️ it. & #gratitude for every delicious small sip i take. besides sobriety #1 best thing to come out of the experience

@literElly Yep. It sucks. I hate everyone right now who can drink “normal.” Sheds new light on the whole don’t let yourself become too hungry/tired/bored. Combating w creativity, naps & bubble baths—start a new project or activity ANYTIME the idea strikes & audible books & prayer

Me reading symptoms of #COVID19 even though I KNEW I shouldn’t: is this normal anxiety-related breathing difficulty or. No! That breath was much more difficult, the next near impossible and so on.
Logic says it’s panic. Panic says it’s virus & another vicious cycle begins. 😓
