baffling @airbnb losing $$ from lack of city support, yet the ppl that support them, hosts, r treated like crap. How do u survive @bchesky w/o holding ur @AirbnbHelp accountable for not supporting hosts? How many cases r being closed w/ no resolution or accountability? Do u know?

I’m so sick of #airbnb @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp, closing cases AFTER they’ve written 5 paragraphs, but then close the case before ur allows to reply?!? CS is like: ”type, type, type, 🤔.. CASE CLOSED!” They are so unprofessional and 100% this can’t be following protocol,It’s Insane!

@BrendanLLM Also.. my listings go for as little as $95 for a beautiful studio in dt Toronto no cleaning fees, and Airbnb takes a service fee… the City also takes a fee… I’m a 5 star host..I can’t control what the city takes and neither can @airbnb. Don’t get mad at the messenger.
