@VigilantFox There was a Supreme Court ruling ordering California to “reduce its prison population” under “Cruel and Unusual Punishment, 8th Amend. Maybe there is something akin to get Congress to comply with the “reduce the spending” matter.

Stop spending tax dollars on responsibilities that should be the parents responsibility. Just stop it, it not the government’s job, to pay for citizens bills. It’s ridicules to continue paying these fees that are creating an unsustainable debt, like our 40 Trillion dollar debt, and claiming. I never got government subsidies as a single working mother, and I never felt that anyone should pay for my bills. Just stop it, pay your own way, maybe move yo an area you can live “within your means “, and not become a government dependent. Being government dependent won’t end well for you, or the country eventually.
