Just done my good deed for the day and given blood. If you are a new organ donor why not be a blood donor too. No blood means no transplants

[Liz Healey @liz_healey]

Off to the dentist for round one. An afternoon of numb mouth ahead. Oh how I love the dentist. NOT.

[Liz Healey @liz_healey]

Too much to do and have a temperature and feel like crap. Tis the season to feel like shit.

[Liz Healey @liz_healey]

Think John is having a growth spurt as he's still asleep. Very unusual.

[Liz Healey @liz_healey]

Have an over tired boy tonight. If only John would let him sleep in the mornings.

I don't believe it after 3 days without anything on my phone I am pleased to say I have full service and 3g back, but for how long?

[Liz Healey @liz_healey]

Bless him, Michael just made me some toast all by himself and gave it to me in bed to say sorry for waking me up so early.

[Liz Healey @liz_healey]

Off to get wet again picking Michael up from school. Gotta love the British summer.
