@BBCRadioKent “Courtesy Water” like we don’t pay through the nose for our water. A month after hiking the prices and they are useless. Three days of hot weather and @sewateruk are a mess. There is still a whole summer to get through.

Hi @AmazonUK, if an item that was “out for delivery” is now “currently unavailable” how can I get a refund? The only option available seems to be “return item” but the item has not been delivered and an another is “lost”.
