@eir I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the mis-management of a situation which has remained unresolved for months. Can you please guide me on the formal complaint process?
@eir I am after having the most horrendous experience with eir mobile this morning & would like a member of management to contact me ASAP. I have paid for a product & a service which I have not received & there seems to be no resolution in sight.
