For me, I use public transport a lot, so while walk to and wait for my ride I think up what I want to be writing, then while I travel I do my writing. I've developed this method to get something like 400-600, if not more, words written down for every twenty minute trip.

how do fic writers who write regularly do it. i work, work out, buy groceries and suddenly it's 10pm and i just want to turn my brain off. where do people find the time. where do people find the energy. i have one fic and i feel like i haven't seen my family and friends in MONTHS
