@facebook I have question about my account being disabled and not having the option to appeal even though the help center says I should. Any help or suggestions
The “American dream” is a debt trap:
$80,000- College
$30,000- Wedding
$300,000- Home
$40,000- Car
We trap people in their 20’s & they spend the next 35+ years giving most of their time to a job to pay it all off.
America does not run on Dunkin… it runs on consumer debt💸
Want to RETAIN teachers? Do THESE!

•Let teachers TEACH!
#AIELOC is a community.
#AIELOC is accountability.
#AIELOC is radical love and radical dreaming.
I am so grateful to have discovered AIELOC and @GlobalKdsl, and all the folks who make this community what it is everyday.
Together, we are AIELOC.
To my educator friends who are currently struggling in their classrooms and wondering if maybe it's just them, here's a reality check. I work with teachers from a variety of schools and at a variety of levels. Struggle, challenge and tears is the norm right now. You're not alone.
WHY ARE TEACHERS LEAVING THE PROFESSION?
•Inadequate preparation for new teachers
•Lack of support
•Class sizes
•They are worked to the bone
•Low salaries
•Little to no recognition
•Their time isn’t respected
•Better opportunities elsewhere
MUST DO BETTER #EdChat
America is not the only country in which you can have success. I would venture to say it doesn't even make the list. Do not limit yourself to doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Shake things up. Move. Travel. Explore the world and all it has
There is a problem in education and the problem is not the teachers in the classrooms. Follow the data and I promise you, you will find the answer. Hint: people making decisions who have no education background
I left teaching in America to teach overseas. Reason 1. tax-free salary 2. I am trusted to do my job 3. work-life balance 4. supportive admin 5. consequences for disruptive and disrespectful students
@MrNunesteach It most definitely should be a thing. Then maybe they will realize all that we do and pay us our worth. We should not have to make choices like this. My family needs me and I need me. I love my kids and my job but enough is enough.
