@BandQ We and others have proved the decking is faulty many times to be faced with more questions and delays. At the end of the day we purchased this from yourselves and as your customers should be taken seriously. We have even emailed and copied Graham Bell the CEO to no avail.

@BandQ Apparently this has been discussed with the manufacturer and they are arguing that we have dropped a heavy object on it. Absolutely ridiculous we paid a lot of money for this decking which should have a 10 year guarantee.

@BandQ we have been liaising with you for months about the faulty composite decking (Neva anthracite grey) we purchased and fitted during lockdown. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service we have experienced. We have been given the run around from day one.
