Did any journalist ever ask Starmer why he junked the plans he inherited from Corbyn and which he used to win the leadership ? If so, what did Starmer say?
33 days until Summer Recess.
145 days have passed since the Report Stage Debate was "postponed'.
38 days since we last spoke with the Prime minister and Attorney General............there was no movement then and there is no movement now,
no progress, no update on the Public office accountability bill.
The Victims of our @NowHillsborough group deserve better and more respect than this!
We are not going away!

Good luck to this former Red on his battle with stage 4 cancer. What a great interview with the 17 year old #KevinKeegan before he signed for Bill Shankly and became a Liverpool legend.#LFC#YNWA
The two teams that competed in the Champions League final are manager led operations. A third reached the semi. Meanwhile, LFC seem to want to push in the opposite direction. Free to read.

Seamus Coleman made it clear that "as a Dad as a Son as a Husband as a Brother" whose grown up "knowing what's right & wrong" he won't be playing for Ireland against Israel. Fair play Sheamie!
How many players will follow his good example & also boycott the match?
Just a thought. Wes Streeting owes his political status to the support he’s received over years from Peter Mandelson & Morgan McSweeney at Labour Together. He wouldn’t make a move against Keir Starmer without Mandelson’s say so. So look on this as Mandelson’s & Morgan’s revenge.
I have complained about this to the BBC:
Dear BBC Complaints Team,
I am writing to complain about a segment on Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg (@bbclaurak) broadcast on 10 May 2026.
During the interview with Richard Tice (@TiceRichard) of Reform UK, Mr Tice stated that the Green Party is “the anti-Semitic Green party.”
This was a serious accusation.
My concerns:
-No right of reply
No Green Party representative was present to respond. The presenter did not mention that the Green Party had not been given an opportunity to reply.
-Failure to challenge
Laura Kuenssberg did not question, challenge, or provide any context/counterpoint to the claim. She simply moved on.
-Breach of due impartiality
BBC Editorial Guidelines require serious allegations in political contexts to be properly tested and for due weight to be given to opposing views. This did not occur.
The Green Party is led by Zack Polanski (@ZackPolanski), who is Jewish. No context was provided to viewers.
I believe this fell short of the BBC’s standards on fairness and impartiality.
Please investigate and consider a clarification/correction.
Thank you. James

Thanks to everyone who was involved in the recent ticket protests & to all the volunteers who helped give out the yellow leaflets - if you want to have your say and get the 🆘 to represent you - join the union #YNWA https://t.co/VYwlxgsdU9
A retweet by Zack Polanski is now the main story across every single media outlet.
Two days ago, it was revealed that Nigel Farage failed to disclose a £5 million gift from a crypto-billionaire.
It gets nowhere near the media attention, for straightforward political reasons.
It was £8 to get in - adjusted for inflation that would now be £17.20 & that’s when gate receipts were a lot more important for clubs before the global TV money bonanza
Nottinghamshire Police Chief Constable Kate Meynell made the press sign an NDA to prevent failings being exposed, when the Nottingham Post disclosed Meynell's forces incompetencies anyway, she complained about the papers coverage.
Then she lied about the NDA.....
Then she was allowed to retire and will be protected.....
Now she's dragging her feet in handing over statements to the IOPC and causing traumatised families further distress.....
Meanwhile, the Home Office tells the public all that we can't yet have a "Hillsborough Law" to prevent this type of Cover up.....because of National Security concerns.....🤔
Corrupt to the core

Tens of thousands of Liverpool fans said “no” to multi-year ticket price rises with a stunning visual protest at this weekend’s Premier League clash against Crystal Palace. Their message couldn't be clearer.

It’s not just the Supporters Board or some supporter groups. It’s not just some supporters, or just the Kop.
It’s Anfield and supporters made their feelings clear.
LFC, please listen to your supporters.
