A joyful and emotional end of year service at @StAnneRoyton for @StAnnesRoyton school as we bid our wonderful Year 6 farewell & gave thanks for Mrs Sue Holt our amazing Headteacher of 18 years. She passed on the baton of faith, hope & love to Mrs Martin & Mrs Henderson.

We have had an amazing day with Mary and @ManDioGF_OADE for our Ethos Day. We have been exploring our core values and how we are 'Growing Together to Flourish in God's World'. We are connected to vine.

What is wisdom? St Anne had wisdom and passed this to Mary so she could say yes to God's request to have Jesus. We thought about how we have wisdom and we wrote prayers to ask for wisdom like St Anne's. @ManDioGF_OADE @DbeManchester @lizdevall1

Whilst listening to Faure's 'In Paradisium', we closed our eyes and thought about faith and painted a picture of what the music made us think of. @ManDioGF_OADE @DbeManchester @lizdevall1

We reflected on the life of St Anne and why she is so special to our school. Our bottles help us to reflect about what we are proud of as we watch the glitter float around. @ManDioGF_OADE @DbeManchester @lizdevall1

Our fingerprint crosses helped us to explore love and respect. We thought about how much love Mary showed for Jesus. We will be giving our crosses to someone we love. @ManDioGF_OADE @DbeManchester @lizdevall1
