@abichambers7 Our school has managed to get half the children back but can't fit anymore due to staff shortages (some teachers are classes as vunerable) plus trying to hire marquees as classrooms but prices are so high. Such hard times for schools.

@jilly_bond @thegriefcast Everyone is different but do what is right for you. Don't worry if it takes you more or less. Took 2 months for me after my daughter died. Still have good and bad days. Be gentle on yourself. Councilling helps loads.

@GussieGrips I work as pelvic health physio for a few years and only last couple of years have I built up confidence with this. I think as you said it is the "can of worms" feeling as I wouldn't have known how to treat it @jilly_bond course gave me confidence and understanding of importance
