@marksandspencer your call centre is just rude!!! Half my order missing to be told it will be out for delivery today! It’s been saying that for 7 days! For her then to hang up on me! Because I said the above!!

To the conductor on the 1204hours departure from dyce @ScotRail your service is a disgrace and you should be a shamed of yourself or get a new watch!!! To shut doors when someone is trying to get on and you can see them!! You then sat for a further min before train departed!!

@ScotRail It was my husband he spoke to the driver and he said sorry mate the doors are locked! The train sat for a further 30seconds to a min!! He is now in a taxi up to Inverness!

@officialcalor Acc no 43979440 the lady I got today was more helpful and was extremely apologetic maybe sort your emergency team on nighshift out calls were made 5.30pm and again 8.15pm to be hung up on because I couldn’t answer a technical question which was out with my control!
