@realDonaldTrump @BankofAmerica Unless you are a 20 year, loyal small business Platinum customer, but you don't already have an existing loan with them already. Then you get nothing! Very poor support for businesses!

@Zachary @njfgov01 @BofA_News Same! 20 year customer with business and personal accounts but no current loan (have past ones that were paid off but haven’t needed one til now) it’s ridiculous! Another lender took my business immediately! So sad that loyalty means nothing to @BankofAmerica
