@Verizon Trying to reach someone on your loyalty line is a joke. I have been disconnected three times over two days. Tried leaving my number for a callback but no one called back. Ridiculous how you treat longtime loyalists. Do better.

Just spent a futile hour trying to get a routine vaccination only to discover @HorizonBCBSNJ won't cover the vaccines at two national chain pharmacies by me because they only offer that benefit inside NJ. Why make it this hard? Had to call my (less-convenient)PCP. #corporatefail

@takerfan4Life1 @NYGovCuomo Thanks for your concern. Always easy to make snap judgments. He’s frail and bedbound. The only way we could get him to a vaccine site would be via medical transport (twice), which would be extremely stressful and painful for him. There has to be a better way, hopefully soon.

@Costco We were sent the wrong gourmet food box and - while an agent said she could replace it - we are being asked to ship it back. This is all perishable food... is @Costco going to trust we refrigerated it and resell it? Otherwise just ask us to use or donate it. #waste

@Delta It has been nearly 24 hours, why can’t anyone say? If the item *is* recovered we would like to pick it up today. This seems like an abysmally slow process.

@Delta My husband left something valuable on your flight from LAX to JFK last night and has not been able to get any straight answers as to whether it was found. Can anyone help cut through this?? He has filed a lost item number and I could provide the info by DM.

@Delta Yes but every time he calls someone pushes him off and tells him to call back in 2 hrs, then another 2, etc. the plane must have been cleaned overnight; we just want to know if it was found. We have called back 3x already.
