Watching the SPLC hearing in Congress today two things made me laugh right away! First, I’ve learned throughout life that when someone has no good arguments they just talk louder. That’s what Rep Jamie Raskin did today and looked like a fool! 2nd Far left law professor Mary McCord just jumped out as a poster child for left wing angry KARENS! Just a nasty person! 🙂

@Better4Pat I received comp report today which was supposed to be delivered w/pay weeks ago so I asked to speak to management tomorrow. There are 5 others in my same position & we are all shocked they gave no notice. Finding out commission changed 6 months after finishing case? Crazy!

@Better4Pat Yes—compensation plan outlined commission structure & incentive goals for extra comp. Zero communication & zero notice prior to end of projects finishing. Still no updated plan nor written notice—all of our paychecks were late & significantly less than expected.
