Corrective exercise for lower back relief - Assess your low back on a discomfort scale of 0-5, 5 being extreme discomfort. Perform 1 set x 8 reps with slow tempo. Re-assess discomfort scale from 0-5. Did you see an improvements.
So thought I would be a little boujee and add some seasoning to my pasta .. didn’t know it was a flip up lid so I unscrewed the whole thing, and didn’t realize until I tried to “add a dash” and the whole jar emptied in my pasta. GUESS WHO IS EATING GARLIC BREAD FOR DINNER
I bought this really cool toaster oven from Costco a year ago because it could broil chicken and turbo cook and to this day I have only used it to make toast and garlic bread 🤦🏼♀️
It blows me away when people have $45,000 to spend on a bathroom renovation to make it “spa like” but then pour sweat over a $3,000 asbestos removal to prevent them from lung diease and cancer 🤷🏼♀️
@MiriamFederman I’m trying to be healthier but I just can’t give up some of the delicacies in life like Applebees Spin dip or fro yo 🤷🏼♀️ just gotta know I’m not alone
Serious question: do all you healthy people who eat grilled chicken and asparagus and rice cakes for a living ever enjoy cheesecake or a big old bowl of queso and chips ? Asking for a friend
