@tu_clothing can you answer a question. I have items delivered for click&collect that I want to return. I’ve just been told by the shop that I had them delivered to that I can’t return them there. The paperwork says I can return to any branch offering click&collect service? Well?

@verynetwork how do I make a general complaint? I ordered a bed and a headboard. The headboard was left by @YodelOnline outside my front door. Today I’ve taken a day off work for the bed to be delivered it’s not coming. I do not know the reschedule day -live chat can’t answer!

@LittlewoodsHelp @arrowXL are the company delivering but I purchased via @verynetwork so wish to be supplied with an email address so that I can compose a complaint which will include both the couriers/delivery services that very use.

@LittlewoodsHelp I completed their survey and they obviously scored poorly. Tbh the headboard wasn’t stolen and it was a dry day so was ok. The icing on the cake is taking day of your holiday especially in the current climate and getting a vague message saying it won’t be delivered

To reiterate-SCHOOLS need to be as empty as possible. The SAFEST place for children is HOME . Only send to school if you are a #keyworker and NOBOBY else can have them . My heart goes out to the self employed BUT we have to #alldothesame @simonkidwell @cyclingkev @MaryBoustedNEU

Had a busy week as a teacher but was so relieved today when my @Tesco online delivery arrived with most items available. Seeing the shelves and not being able to get out I was so worried that we would struggle. Great job @tesco and their staff. You made a teacher very happy 😃.
