The death of Jason Arday is tragic, but it does not negate the fact that he was a calculating cheat. He very literally lifted verbatim paragraphs from a lesser-known female student's work, turned up late for 'lectures' and threatened anyone who questioned him with libel action.

He suffered relentless attacks by other inmates. Nobody in their right mind thinks it's a good idea to let inmates attack each other.
