I think there is a preconception that you cannot be educated and have good communication skills yet still be very unwell or disabled

Claimant X disabled by car accident
PIP assessor - Xwent to university (before accident)
Consultant letter - pain levels such that they constitute a severe disability
PA - does not appear to be in pain

@MagnaAulae X did indeed sustain a head injury & had a report from their neurologist. They detailed how their cognition had been impacted. Assessor used fact they had a degree to justify why they couldn’t have issues with cognition, even though degree was obtained years before the accident
