Update: @united has a customer care department that is not reachable by phone and have unqualified agents in the reservation office telling me there are delays because I’m not a mileage plus member. Offensive and not acceptable! #unitedAIRLINES is the worst!

24 hrs/5 planes later we are back to NY! Highly recommend avoiding @united at all costs. Worst customer service and shitty planes that the airline doesn’t realize needs maintenance until fully boarded. Oh & they run out of fuel in the air and have to turn around. #UnitedAirlines

@united needs to update their travel policy to accommodate customer needs after 3 cancellations in less than 24 hours. Weather is not an excuse when you run out of fuel and need maintenance on every plane. #UnitedAirlines

@united you are the absolute worst airline, worse than Spirit. 3 cancellations in less than 24 hours and zero support. Worst customer service. #unitedairlines
