@RW_Birmingham This is ridiculous- east 5 car park is at a standstill - if you know that there isn’t going to be enough ‘normal’ parking cause of another event you need to get more staff on here
@Tesco I understand that demand is unprecedented but something needs to be done. My 85 yr, vulnerable, disabled grandmother has had her food delivery cancelled today due to high demand. Took her 10 days to get a slot and now being told that she has to rebook - NO SLOTS. Respond

@jlandpcustserv This is getting even more frustrating. No response from cs team, no response from head of cs and now no acknowledgement to my message to you. We need these items for the end of this week (ordered 2.5 weeks ago)
