@Telstra i can’t even speak to an operator at the moment?Seeing as 1 million people have lost their jobs in AU, why not bring back all the call centre jobs locally (even temporarily )so you can answer peoples calls? Or discount your services. We’re paying for customer crevice too

@NAB Yes which will still take 5-7 business days to arrive. In the meantime I have to stop all my direct debits + have no card. While possibly giving birth any day now. This should have been seamless. You can’t even tell me if the first one was sent. Why?? I’m so angry.
