@stringerbell99@jaker1419@KenDBerryMD NOBODY has measured tissue vitC in carnivore dieters to show where their actual saturation point is.
"Optimal" intake levels were established w/ people eating high carb diets, & whether or not full saturation is "optimal" is.... *still scientifically contested*.
@stringerbell99@jaker1419@KenDBerryMD That's because nobody has a clue, including me and you both... yet you attempted to refute that by using the "plenty of studies" claim that never controlled for the carnivore diet.
@stringerbell99@jaker1419@KenDBerryMD You shared what has been established for people eating 'conventional' diets. That is irrelevant.
You probably also think spinach is a great source of calcium?
@stringerbell99@jaker1419@KenDBerryMD Moved the goalpost?!?! You LITERALLY opened your tweet with "plenty of studies" when there's not a single study that's relevant or applicable.
@stringerbell99@jaker1419@KenDBerryMD You're drunk. There's not a single controlled clinical trail specifically measuring vitC status in carnivore dieters.
Glucose & VitC compete for the same GLUT receptors. More carbs=more vitC needed.
@ObvsBrandonWest More on topic, water heaters have anode rods that need to be replaced. They work off galvanic corrosion so the rod corrodes before the tank. MOST people never replace them then wonder why the tank failed so soon. Most also don't flush the sediment (decreases efficiency).
@ObvsBrandonWest I replaced my dads water heater about 5 years ago. He called a handful of plumbers & they all quoted 3-4k, which is criminal.
I picked one up from the hardware store for $600 & had it done in less than an hour.
Bryce Mitchell reacts to Sean Strickland being banned from the UFC White House event:
"I'm not surprised at all. We ought to be able to criticize our own nation, let alone a foreign nation.
[Israel] is the only nation you're not allowed to criticize. Something's gonna change, because evil empires don't last forever."

@ReillyOToole1@LiveAncestral You have two thumbs and access to endless information, yet you choose to remain ignorant.
Carnivore dieters don't develop scurvy. I wonder why.
@BiggestComeback "t2d is genetic"... has anyone looked at a diabetes trendline since the early 1900's? Crazy how a whole populations "genetics" went to shit in just one century. 😂
@SamaHoole This is why food spec's that only list protein content can be more misleading than useful.
"30g of protein per serving!" Never mind some aminos may be entirely missing, so if you don't get those missing EAA's from something else, that 30g is effectively useless.
@SamaHoole "Complete protein" is also a very low bar. It only certifies presence of all 9 EAA's... not sufficient amounts of each.
Protein synthesis runs at the speed of the limiting amino acid (usually lysine or methionine in plants), so the abundance of the other 7 or 8 is wasted.
@jakeshieldsajj If there's so much Jewish money in politics/charity, then why do US taxpayers need to cut Israel 3+ BILLION dollar checks EVERY year?
Oh....... kinda answered my own question, didn't I?
They're flaunting their infiltration of our government right in front of us.
@WiredApe@nikicaga couldn't agree more... but I could think of far worse things than sounding 'trad'... like the haters have stockholm syndrome and defend corporate slavery.
@SamaHoole You've got it a bit twisted. Refined grains are cheaper to produce & have a longer shelf life... which is the fingerprint of food industry doing what it does best.
