#coccinelle your website says that returns are simple and free! This is not the case at all, it should be made clear that the items have to be returned to Italy! Plus I can’t get a DHL returns slot. Seems like a scam for a reputable company, this is shocking !

@Wickes shocking service, I ordered items & should have revived them days later. A week still not arrived. Could get no help on the phone from the store. I then received an email saying that I had cancelled the order! Re ordered with screwfix, I had the item within two days

@BromleyCouncil absolutely disgusted at the proposal to charge me £100 for a parking permit because of the St Marks development. You never see a parking warden in Newbury road when the parents illegally park in the resident bays and on yellow lines. Pure greed by the council
