President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has signed the Electricity Bill into law, effectively removing electricity from the Exclusive Legislative List and transferring significant powers over electricity generation, transmission, and distribution to the states.
In simple terms, states can now: Generate, transmit, and distribute electricity independently
Establish state electricity markets and regulators
License private investors without waiting for the federal government
This is a major step toward decentralization, improved power supply, and faster industrial growth—especially for states ready to act.
A big policy shift. Now the real test is which governors will move beyond politics and actually light up their states.
Hear this and read slowly my dear friends:
NIGERIA TO BECOME AFRICA'S FIRST ELECTRIC VEHICLE MANUFACTURING NATION
2: Nigeria has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with South Korea's Asia Economic Development Committee (AEDC) for establishment of an Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturing plant and the development of charging infrastructures in Nigeria.
2: This MoU aligns with the federal government's National Energy Transition Plan (ETP) and the National Automotive Industry Development Plan(NAIDP), policies of the government both aimed to build an ecosystem for EV infrastructure development, expansion as well as adoption.
3: The phase I and II of the project will focus on building complete EV Assembly Plant and establishment of facilities capable of full in-house production respectively.
4: With a production capacity of 300,000 vehicles, the plan is also expected to create about 10,000 jobs.
5: The DG @NADDCouncil@oluosanip said that the collaboration would focus on Technology Transfer, Investment Promotion, Human Capital Development as well as Research and Design. @fmitiofficial@OwanEnoh@Simplicity_Temi@Owelle_Ikemba@iMotivateAfrica@suleiman_qasim@farmer_yolo@Onyeani_Kalu@RDB_UNDILUTED7@UndisputedIyke1@udozorh@UncletoTriplets@DynamicTiwalade@Saniyahayaazare@SCHofmoney@SadeeqKurbe@SaaluKenneth@SAsekome@ummuh_Zahra@Better_Kaduna@PresidentIkemba@FuturePOTN
@kingsleypst III:XVI is not John 3:16. That's just roman numerals with a colon. For all we know it can be anything but John 3:16. The h
Gospel of Christ is simple but you cloak it in sophistication while gaslighting the Body. Go and add John to it - yet you are a leader reflecting Christ.
@kingsleypst You only satisfied your cravings! How is your plate number 3:16 and tattoo preaching to millions? The scripture wasn't preached rather the attention shifted to you. We're Christians, we read the Bible, and we understand it very well so please stop making the faith look unserious.
Pastor K, even if there's no explicit biblical injunction against tattoos, it doesn't stop the moral obligation of your vocation.
I'm inclined to ask, 'if tattoos are not wrong, are BBLs wrong'? So a female pastor can fix a BBL and justify it because there's no Bible verse that specifically says 'don't add a BBL to your bumbum'?
When you stand on the pulpit to preach, you are not just a man, you are a man of God - a closer reflection of God who the people of God should aspire to emulate. Your dress code, your hairstyle, your gait... All these are supposed to reflect the type of 'heavenly standard' that your followers should adhere to. Your vocation doesn't come easy! St. Paul wrote to the Romans in 12 vs 2: Do not be conformed to this world...
If tattoos are now excusable because maybe there's no bible verse that spoke strongly against it, then be ready to excuse your flock for adopting worldly concepts simply because the Bible leaves no explicit warning against such.
God be with you, pastor
@kingsleypst He said “….religious brothers and sisters werr busy judging over tattoo…”
Hahahah 😁😁😁😁 Pride and arrogance is a terrible spirit, a very slippery slope.
"Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall" (1 Corinthians 10:12)
That’s all I have to say.
@kingsleypst No sir..John 3:16 wasn't preached. Your selfish desires overshadowed that. You have always wanted a tattoo and you know this. You just used Bible verse to cover up. Shepherds who do not care about their flock.
@kingsleypst Accountability is not judgement. Being held accountable is not being judged.
What you have done is wrong by virtue of the office you occupy, unless you actually do not know the office you occupy. "All things are lawful, but not all things are expedient" (1 Corinthians 10:23)
@KobbyKobbyloops@ozioma88@kingsleypst Yes ooo....
Satan did not have to speak to Jesus with mere words, he had to use God's own word against Jesus.
What you're doing is what he was doing. Using scriptures wrongly so as to cover his evil intentions.
@KobbyKobbyloops@ozioma88@kingsleypst Just like Kingsley is now your small jesus with tattoo on his body. Sa/tan seems a better person than some of you.
