@moseskagan We manage 700 doors in the Phoenix area, class a-c and all types of housing. Lots of tech moving here but also a lot of vacancy in certain price ranges and areas that is very concerning.

@TheKelseyMcR We run our company pretty much like org chart #2 but our Ops director oversees all our properties. It's worked well for us for many, many years and no complaints from owners or tenants. Finding the right Ops Director is the hardest part but also the key to making it successful.

@AlTayWeiss Beautiful brown! We live in AZ and while you can fly fish year round here, the trout just don’t compare. We’re lucky enough to be able to fish Montana rivers every summer but are excited to fish what I think is this same river in a couple of months.

@tferriss Zero. They filed two of our 941”s wrong and I have spent 2 years dealing with the irs over it. Gusto has not been responsive to me or the IRS. I know someone else dealing with the same thing.

@JenWEsq My family of four turned our ballots in at the same time & same place. Two of us show our signatures have been verified and ballot was counted. The other two still show this. 😕

@StrongpointRich @Sam_Rosati We switched from ADP to Gusto 2 years ago. Our employees miss me sending payroll on a Friday morning and being paid Saturday. I miss easier time/expense approvals & reporting. Support gave advice during the switch that was inaccurate and we are still dealing with it.

@kirbywinfield I feel this with all my being. Our daughter is almost 15 and has Down syndrome. Fighting (and figuring out) what is best for her often makes us feel more alone and stressed than any business dealings we encounter and we deal with some crazy and hard stuff in our biz.

@shawngorham We do! But... our currently available furnished rentals are either in a 55+ community or in the outskirt areas (Queen Creek). I like to say that we specialize in the non-sexy furnished rental market - old people and odd areas.
