September was truly a month of growth, learning and building.
Looking back, I’m glad I chose to be intentional about learning and putting myself out there.
One of the highlights of the month was attending the Discovery Conference: Mastering Remote-Ready Skills to Unlock Global Career Opportunities, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of it.
A very big thank you to my coach,@Blossomaffia , for making this experience possible and for creating such a valuable learning opportunity. The conference was truly a great experience, especially as someone just starting out in Data Analytics.
There’s still so much to learn, unlearn and practise, and I’m enjoying the process.
September was also the month I became more active on LinkedIn. I started sharing my learning journey, connecting with people, asking questions and documenting what I’m learning along the way.
I may not have everything figured out yet, but I’m building.
September reminded me that growth doesn’t always mean having everything figured out. Sometimes, growth is simply deciding to start and staying consistent.
October, we keep learning, building and growing.

Welcome to the month of October! 🎉
And Happy Independence Day, Nigeria! 🇳🇬
New month, new energy, new things to share.
Stay tuned… I’ll be posting something soon. 👀

@mariyav4leva I am Ajayi Adewunmi by name..
A data analyst, and medical imaging am building and learning in my career daily..
I need to connect with like minds that love growth.
One thing about data…
It will expose you. 😂
You can look at a spreadsheet and say,
“Everything looks fine.”
Then you clean it.
Remove duplicates.
Fix the dates.
Check the missing values.
And suddenly…
“Wait, where did all these numbers come from?” 😭
That’s why data analytics is not just about making charts look nice.
You have to question what you're seeing.
And honestly, medical imaging has taught me something similar.
You don't just look at an X-ray and rush to a conclusion.
You look at the image properly.
You check the quality.
You consider the positioning.
You pay attention to the details.
In both fields, the first thing you see isn't always the full story.
Sometimes, you have to look again.
Ask better questions.
And dig a little deeper.
That’s where the real insight starts. 👀

Medical imaging and data analytics may look like two different fields.
But there is something important they have in common:
Both help us make better decisions from information.
An X-ray gives us information through an image.
A dataset gives us information through numbers.
But having information is not enough.
We need to know how to interpret it, identify what matters, notice what is missing, and communicate the findings clearly.
That is why I’m interested in the connection between healthcare, medical imaging and data analytics.
Imagine being able to understand the clinical side of a problem while also understanding what the data is saying.
That combination can create opportunities to improve things like:
📌 Patient flow
📌 Imaging workload
📌 Waiting times
📌 Equipment usage
📌 Record keeping
📌 Healthcare planning
Technology is not valuable simply because it is advanced.
It becomes valuable when it helps us solve real problems.
And that is the kind of knowledge I want to keep building.

Some of the most important work you will ever do may never be applauded.
The studying nobody sees.
The practice nobody notices.
The early mornings.
The corrections.
The days you show up even when you don't feel like it.
In medical imaging, people usually see the final image.
In data analytics, people may only see the final dashboard or insight.
But behind that result are hours of preparation, checking, learning, correcting and sometimes starting again.
That applies to life too.
Don't despise the stage where you're building quietly.
Not every season is meant to be displayed.
Some seasons are meant to prepare you for the responsibility you're praying for.
So if you're currently learning, rebuilding, starting small or figuring things out...
Keep going.
One day, the work people didn't see will become the result they cannot ignore.
What are you quietly building right now?
