@BethMooreLPM@pastordmack I have an answer for what can a woman who feels led to teach the Bible but no Sun school classes available to do so can do: focus your wisdom and teaching on those in your
immediate realm of influence! Our children, grands and greats need this sort of discipling more than ever!
@BiblicalBeauty I went through a few years of this occurring. Meclizine would help but knock me out for days. I came to believe that the episodes were related to allergic inflammation. I began to simply use ibuprofen when I began to feel any allergy symptoms and haven't had an attack in 20 years
@MrDanielBuck How about we stop sending children to school at age 3-4, and instead their mothers choose to stay home and nurture them as God planned. Kids are NOT smarter nor are they mentally healthier when sent to school early!
@Newsarea247@upshine3 Or maybe you would find that it was the most fulfilling life you could have ever imagined. I once thought like you but it became clear that I was to stay home and raise my three boys and make a haven for all of us, and it was the best time of my life.
@turnedwife Wholeheartedly agree!! As a Christ-follower, I have tried to fill my mind and heart with the Biblical truth of what God planned for the family vs. what the world was saying. Makes all the difference!
@LiveAction This alone would fix SO MANY of the societal hardships we are currently dealing with. Let me encourage anyone: choose to stay together if at all possible!
@IKilledUrHubris@LifeNewsToo Did you have a "right" to your mother's body? I don't even understand how anyone who has been born can make this silly statement.
@Veronicabeat915@AbbyJohnson In my very small rural town, we have a church-run and staffed food pantry and a pregnancy center that provides baby furniture, car seats, clothes, diapers. Our local churches help with needs such as utility bills, etc. Then there are the government programs such as WIC and SNAP
@kirsti_kean@endabortionmeme Killing the innocent human result of either of those scenarios does not make anything better. As humans, we should choose to protect the most vulnerable among us, and to be willing to sacrifice on behalf of that vulnerable child is one of the greatest attributes one can exhibit.
@KellerRittmeyer @turnedwife Amen! The shaping and influencing of a human being is a gift given to mothers and one which no one will ever be sorry they invested deeply in.
@turnedwife I think this could be turned around by Christian women beginning to speak up boldly about the joy of having and raising children at home, and that any sacrifice is more than worth it! We need to stop letting the world speak the lies louder than we speak the truth!
@turnedwife I wonder if one problem within womens' circles today is a lack of the viewpoint of older women. When we begin to again value the wisdom of those farther down the road than we are (as the Bible tells us to), we will gain an unparalleled perspective that is priceless.
@turnedwife Thank you for being willing to speak what we all know and see to be truth. Perhaps many children will be spared having to be torn away from the one who should love them and sacrifice most for their wellbeing.
@ItNickedMeToo @EgleArdath@megbasham I would respectfully suggest you watch Ken Burns' "The American Buffalo", and then do your own research and see if you still hold to these beliefs.
@kiradavis Boomer grandparent here: we have six grandchildren who all live more than four hours away. We travel to them and stay for weeks as much as possible in order to spend time with them and help their parents out. Investing in the next generation is one of the few things that last.
@ReneeLibby95084 Hi Renee: I don't have a four-year college degree, yet have homeschooled three sons who all have college degrees. Two have families and are very successful in business with the other currently pursuing a PhD in biomedical research. Why the homeschool hate?
