@IGN This is playstation support. Account got hacked, they won't listen, won't even try to help. It's been like this for days, absolutely impossible to speak to a single person about it. The only chance I have is posting on IGN's twitter page lol

@IGN My PSN account got hacked and for days this is what their support does, there's no other way to contact them. Somebody changes the email on my account and they get to keep it. I try and change it back to the email it has been for a decade & I'm the red flag.

@PlayStation My account has been hacked and your live support has locked me out of getting it recovered. Your UK number is no help either. I've had the account for years and you just let someone change the password and lock me out
