@gonortheast Yes but how is it acceptable to provide such a poor service with a lack of information. Apparently an issue with the turning circle but seemingly no one thought to find an alternative. The 725 managed the be on time.

@British_Airways I need help, tried calling & they won't help. Husband seriously ill in hospital, need to cancel my booking & get refund on car hire should be going next Sat ive been trying for over a week now to get a response or even acknowledgement that it's being dealt with.

@TheLondonEye looking 4 tkts clicked on fam ticket but apparently my fam isn’t classed as a fam as I’ve only 1 kid.A son which I had 2 go thru ivf 2 have & then 4 failed ivfs 4 a much wanted 2nd child.Can u explain why my fam isn’t classed as a fam&I have 2 pay more cause of this

@PrivilegeUK my 89 yr old gran is currently without a boiler, her home is cold, she can’t call you as she is deaf and also ill. My mum has tried but you won’t speak to her, what do you suggest we do??
