Heavy rainfall can be expected through tonight as Tropical Storm #Nicholas approaches the Middle TX Coast. Rainfall amount of 4-6" are expected, with locally higher amounts possible. A Flash Flood watch is in effect. Flooding most possible in urban areas, small creeks & streams.

- Rainfall 4-8", isolated higher
- Storm Surge of 2-4'
