At A&M, he went rogue and did things against the Board of Regents. He was forced to hire an OC, then would overrule in crucial situations and call his predictable plays. Great recruiter but can’t develop the talent.

@RossDellenger Also, he only had four 'bad' seasons in his career and in those, he went 7-6 at FSU, 8-4, 5-7 & 6-4 at A&M. For all those, he had lost his starting QB. Teams that lose QBs have much worse records (45%) historically. He went 55% with backup QBs. He is 110-30 with his starting QB.
