@FriedgeHNIC Hearing rumblings… it’s my stomach growling waiting for my dinner. Chicken, rice and broccoli going down my esophagus in exchange for salmonella due to raw chicken
@podgoalzin17@Shae_Nuge93 Yup. People expecting an apology is funny to me.
If we heard an apology out of Babs today, then just wrap the season up. They hired him for what he’s done; not what he will become. This is gonna be a sick season.
@EdmOilerlytics@TheMugNHL He was injured all season, I read he broke his leg. Was great when Edm acquired him and in 2 straight post seasons. The only outlier is his injury riddled regular season in 25/26. Also gotta remember he was rushed back from injury because the team was so dog shit.
@eblankenship@NHL_Muse I have the same argument with MacKinnon as well. Am I bias? Probably. Regardless, all 3 are the best forwards in the NHL and the gap between 3 and 4 is marginal
@eblankenship@NHL_Muse The thing about Kuch, who is one of my favourite players in the NHL is that he hasn’t consistently put up generational numbers. Yes, he’s a top 3 player in the league right now and has been for a few years. 6/12seasons under 100pts. Yes injuries factor in but my point stil stands
@mzvgk@Yerouttahere74@PatLovesSports@JesseGranger_ I’m actually not mad. at the end of the day, oilers beat Vegas with a second year NHL coach. The coach has an impact but ultimately, it’s the way the team is built that wins you a Stanley cup. If Vegas had a good goalie all season, Cassidy wouldn’t have even been fired lmao.
@Yerouttahere74@mzvgk@PatLovesSports@JesseGranger_ Remember Torts had the same clause in his contract. Same with every coach who was let go and found work during the duration of their contract. Vegas is the only team to exercise this.
@Yerouttahere74@PatLovesSports@mzvgk@JesseGranger_ It’s in every single coaches contract, you can’t release yourself from a contract as a coach. Imagine if a coach released himself if February 3rd on a game day.
