@TMobile @TMobileHelp please fix your T-Mobile app. Or let us install it. Over a month of a pop up it responding every 10 seconds. Our phones are useless.

@chanel808life @ShieldVoC @TMobile @TMobileHelp You can't delete the app it is baked into the software from T-Mobile. I have uninstalled updates even turned off dianostics, cleared the phones cache and data partitions. Still has the problem. Pop up every 10 seconds.

@TMobileHelp I've gone through all the steps to get this fixed. 3 hours on the phone countless dms from your horrible CS, and no fix. Got security update and problem still broken. Fix your awful T-Mobile app. Moving my 42 company lines to another Carrier
