@TMobile CS agent Christie: yes, we failed to provide you with correct information about availability of our service in Europe, but there is nothing we will do to correct our mistake" As our customer you have NO rights!!!
@TMobileHelp CS support:"i'll call you on March 18 to make sure your issue is fully addressed and we restore your view of us". March 25: "can you explain again why you are calling and why this needs to be addressed?" @TMobile your CS reps LIE again and again!!!
@UPS@UPSHELP194083@UPSHelp196106 - your drivers in Germany simply LIE! they leave a note saying no one was home, but we were. 2 times this week the false claim of "no one was home" was left on my door at 6:30am and 6:45am and they didn't attempt to ring a bell.
@UPS your drivers LIE consistently and not deliver packages, l was forwarded to 2 difference CS. spent 55 min only to find out both numbers given to me were wrong and wouldn't handle my matter. and the local number only sends you back to the website. horrible experience.
@TMobile 5 calls, 2 in person visits to open an acct. Result: my account is not set up right, monthly fee is higher than promised, the phone number is not transferred correctly & I had to resolve it from my vacation. it's been 2 weeks+. Each rep gives a diff answer.
@TMobile 1. get your service and be lied about the hidden costs; 2. Spend 2 weeks on the phone figuring it out 3. Get charged for 2 numbers, not 1; 4. Spend more time trying to figure it out; 5. Relying on the service I’m paying for to actually work once I land
@tmobile - so I get your service as advertised to use in Europe. $55/month and EVERY TIME I TRAVEL, I end up stranded in a foreign country with no service!!! What am I paying for???
And.. trying to contact your CS= login. Trying to login = update your app!!! How the f..k do I update your app mid travel with no service, that YOU FAILED to provide me with even if I’m PAYING for it monthly and on time!!!!!
@LinkedInHelp you ask me to be Verified. you tell me it increases the views. you provide no way for me to do so. your CS sends useless copy/paste replies for 8! months NOT READING my actual issue! One customer, who is not premium, waiting for this specific response for 9 months
@united Apr 27-> June 4: several phone calls lasting total of 2.5 hrs+; several emails; messaging on https://t.co/FtqzUXRuTd all for PROMISED small refund. your last reply: please respond to email from May 15th, which states to NOT respond to it, as it's unmonitored mailbox.
@united from April 27 to May 27.. no resolution to what your CS escalation manager ASSURED us will be done within 3-5 business days. All responses I get automated or clearly lack taking the time to look into the issue. Simple fairly small refund is costing you more in CS time
@TMobile April 27 to May 24 is how long it takes to iron out a new account opening. with this: "CS rep worked out why your bill was higher than expected.. and offered to credit your current bill of $60.13 as a courtesy." yet... there was no credit :(
@Uber days of messages to get a clear answer on 2 double charges with agents giving the same answer NOT looking into details, just copy/paste! A customer has to organized your records for you and still not get a coherent reply.
@united 1.5 hrs long call to unsuccessfully try to upgrade to Business class and find out my luggage allowance, several feedback messages and here is the best I could get out of Customer Service team :
