@Ask_Spectrum Thanks. It took over 3 hours to return my cable box at your store in NYC at 77th St and 3rd Ave. Store closed at 5 and I left at 5:45. Two of 5 staff did nothing and were in the back the whole time. Only 3 out of 9 registers staffed. Most customers left after waiting two hours.

@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Spectrum, you need to staff up your stores now that you are in the phone business. Got here a half hour ago and was number 50 in line to return a cable box. Appalling service!!!

@Ask_Spectrum That’s not an acceptable answer, sorry. This is my local store. Am I to travel 20 minutes to see if the queue there is shorter? The wait list is 72 people long, and many have left after waiting two hours. The staff here say they close at 5 and stay until 9 to see customers.
