Happy with my first full game back since breaking my finger. 5 IP, 0 ER, 0 hits, 8 Ks, .600 WHIP. Unfortunately rain canceled us today but now I know where to focus for next weekend.

First game back! Got a couple of innings in pitching, and some reps at short and center. Felt great to get back out there with my teammates!

Last highlight from Nationals is a shout out to Ava Petchkofski for being our biggest cheerleader. Unfortunately Ava suffered a season ending injury during our second summer tournament. But that didn't stop her from cheering from the sidelines, congratulating a teammate, helping with warm-ups, and even coming to Nashville. Looking forward to seeing you back on the field this fall!

What does it take to be a good outfielder? Here Tori Finateri demonstrates that it's not always the glamorous plays, but it's about seeing the ball off the bat, having the speed to track it down, and getting the ball in quickly, understanding the play after the play to keep the runner from scoring. Well done Tori!

[Lionville Lightning 16U Gold @ll_lightning16u]

We love what Hana does in the circle but when you can rope a ball down the line and leg out a triple like this one at Nationals, you become a double threat. Great job Hana!

[Lionville Lightning 16U Gold @ll_lightning16u]

One of the things we work on regularly with our hitters is line drives up the middle. Reagan Jenkins delivers time after time, like this bullet at Nationals. Great job Rea!

[Lionville Lightning 16U Gold @ll_lightning16u]

Molly Brotherton is a spin master when it comes to pitching. Always keeping hitters off balance, like in this strikeout at Nationals. Can't wait to see more of it this fall!

[Lionville Lightning 16U Gold @ll_lightning16u]

Another offensive highlight from Nationals. Grace Carroll with the 2 RBI single to the right side. Grace batted .438 with 7 hits and 6 RB during Nationals!⚡️💪

[Lionville Lightning 16U Gold @ll_lightning16u]

Another defensive highlight from nationals. Alex Carmella with the shoe string catch! We don't care how you do it, just as long as you do it!😁

[Lionville Lightning 16U Gold @ll_lightning16u]

Emma Gaul was a hitting machine at Nationals batting .533 with a 1.322 OPS and 3 doubles. She set the tone at leadoff, including this double at the fence.⚡️💪

[Lionville Lightning 16U Gold @ll_lightning16u]

Another defensive highlight from Nationals. Mary Toth with the heads up double play to get us one out away from the win!
