Lady Clémentine Hay is #frockingFabulous for court presentation, 1898. At 19, Lady C was editor of a charity newspaper. A contemporary wrote, “her talent as an editor is unique, and would, did not her social position preclude, enable her to make a reputation in that capacity”.
