I am not familiar with the process kapag nag file ng report. But do we not have the rights to AT LEAST be NOTIFIED that our reports will be shared, which will be exposing our identities? If only we knew, we would have written it anonymously.

Being one of the people who wrote an incident and witness report, I personally felt violated.

It took us courage to write that report, keeping in mind that we would be protected. However, little did we know that EVERYTHING was sent to the subject of the report.
