🧵 Sewing Club Success! 🧵

Two of our talented Sewing Club members proudly completed their bags today! They’ve been learning to measure, cut, pin, and sew fabric — all while thinking creatively about the design, shape, and function of their finished pieces.

Year 5/6 were incredibly busy — they combined compost bin waste, trimmed the bay trees, planted carrot seeds, started crafting a wooden bird box, made colourful bunting flags, & finished weaving the willow bird hide hurdles@the_rhs @ecoschoolswales @vog_council @welshgovernment

Growing a Cleaner Tomorrow! Our little eco-warriors in Nursery & Reception learned that recycling isn’t just about waste it helps things grow! They upcycled old containers into beautiful flower pots, planting flowers to take home. @ecoschoolswales @vog_council @WelshGovernment

Today, our pupils learned about Ramadan in a wonderful assembly led by Haseena, a parent at our school. We’re launching an appeal to support Khani, an elderly lady in Pakistan, showing the power of kindness.

During the afternoon of our Eisteddfod, our talented Reception pupils rolled up their sleeves and got busy making delicious Welsh cakes!
