@Delta should be embarrassed to still have this aircraft in service. AMS - DTW DL0135 is a joke. People pay top dollar to fly Delta One and then you get on an aircraft that is this disgusting and outdated. Do better!!!!

@delta still screwing around with the repay responses on bag issues. Told me they were to have someone reach out to me, but that continues to be untrue. This is ridiculous. Taking my diamond medallion status and going to have to start supporting another airline.
