@SpiritAirlines if you have to pay 10$US to check in at the counter but 'free' check-in at the kiosk, it would be nice if the kiosk worked. Or even your website? Other airlines seem to be able to figure it out.

@SpiritAirlines slogan is 'less money. More go.' However you're only allowed one personal item, a carry on will cost you over 52$US a checked bag is 52$US and to check in at the counter is an additional 10$US. This isn't less money at all? Why am I paying to carry my own bag??
