It was a great day to join so many waterfront supporters, @chrisglover@kristynwongtam@AlexaNGilmour and MPP Cat McKenney on Parliament Hill. We travelled to send a clear message: Toronto Liberal MPs must stand up for Toronto’s waterfront!

ICYMI: Simply leaving open the possibility of a jet runway at the Toronto Island Airport would likely wipe out thousands of non-market homes. The federal government, through the Port Authority, must swear off any jet scheme NOW! https://t.co/b8jYIb6Vco
@BradMBradford You voted YES to $400M from taxpayers to host this chaos. FIFA takes all the profit,we don’t even get a share of concession sales.
Profit from city-owned tickets is a relief.
My big fears are
(1) Ford takes TTC’s subway lines then gives them to lovely folks who own the 407 or
(2) Metrolinx takes over TTC and bus routes and entire subway trains begin disappearing into a black hole of expensive politicized incompetence
Canada leads G-7 countries in anti-Muslim motivated murders. From being shot and killed while praying in their mosques, to entire families being run over & killed in the streets, & this troglodyte has the audacity to spew this bilge. You’re disgusting Jesse Brown.
In the middle of a live streamed genocide the Canadian Prime Minister is making speeches in front of an Israeli flag, telling us that the real victims are those who’s feelings are hurt by criticism of the offending state.
This picture was taken yesterday.
As many of us predicted, Mark Carney’s drastic increase in military spending is resulting in the transfer of huge sums of public money to U.S. arms manufacturers.
Carney’s regime just announced the expenditure of $2.6 billion for 26 HIMARS missile launchers. They are manufactured by US merchant of death, Lockheed Martin.
What is Canada going to do with HIMARS missile systems? These missiles have a range of about 300 km. Therefore, if they are stationed on Canadian soil, the only country they could strike is the United States!
Obviously, the U.S. isn’t allowing HIMARS to be sold to Canada so that Canada can deploy them against potential targets in the U.S.
These HIMARS systems will be deployed far from Canadian territory - most likely, in Eastern Europe or West Asia. They are intended to be used by Canada to assist the United States and NATO in their wars of aggression abroad.
So much for Prime Minister ‘Elbows Up’.

We have a message for politicians taking marching orders from JP Morgan instead of listening to the people: Hands off our waterfront! #topoli#onpoli#cdnpoli
Expanding the island airport was on nobody’s agenda — except some private equity bros in New York
They have obviously spent lavishly on polls, all-level lobbying, and PR, signalling they think they can make a lot of money off us Canadian rubes
They manufactured all of it
BREAKING:
JP MORGAN is behind the expansion of Billy Bishop airport - one NO GTA residents want!!
So much for Ford standing up for Canada against the USA - he's sold us all out
This is the second time Doug Ford and his Conservative government have voted against lower grocery bills for the people of Ontario.
He may not give a damn, but New Democrats do, and we’ll keep fighting for an Ontario that’s affordable for everyone.
Israeli forces abused Canadian citizens last week and continue to abuse and torture Palestinian citizens. When will this government impose sanctions on Israel?
Remember when we had a federal election a year ago and everyone talked about "Elbows up, Canada", and voting Liberal to "build Canada Strong"??
What is your Toronto Liberal MP doing to stop this seemingly American-based takeover of our beloved Toronto islands?
Mine is 🤐🦗🤐🦗
Doug Ford promised to stand up to American threats.
Now he's letting a JP Morgan-connected company expand Billy Bishop and destroy Toronto's waterfront.
This is a betrayal.
Torontonians aren’t asking for a runway on the lake so Bay Street CEOs can land their private jets. They’re asking for better health care, smaller class sizes, and safer highways in Northern Ontario. Those are the priorities that matter.
