Can you explain how I can determine how many passes I have left on my Flexi ticket? It doesn't seem to state that anywhere.
As it is I don't think I get full value for my pass as I try to nurse myself through 28 days without exceeding my quota.
@northernassist I've said this before but any chance we can see how many passes we have left BEFORE we activate one? What's the purpose of hiding this detail prior to activating? I shouldn't need to separately diarise use (and I don't, hence not getting full use of the pass)

@northernassist What should I do in the meantime? Abandon the PAYG trial or continue to use it & raise issues to conductor? If the trial wasn't available I'd purchase a Flexi ST but you are giving me a ticketing option that doesn't work & ultimately means I'm charged more for a ticket on the day

I've previously been told that each time the app fails a debug file is generated so the app developers can see and resolve the issue, however this has been going on for a while now.
@Jowl30 It's clearly a regrettable and flawed tweet, and I'm sure she will have woken up sheepish this morning, but amplifying by quoting isn't exactly a good look either.
Call her out in her own tweet and give her the power to rethink and delete it. Job done.

The website tells me I have no active bookings, the app only tells me how many passes I have left after I've activated a pass, not before.
The website is also missing all the expired Flexi passes I've had and which are visible in the app.
@northernassist Thanks. For context sometimes I run to and from work, sometimes I bike and sometimes I get a lift. Sometimes I work from home or from a different office.
I need to know how many passes I have left in advance of deciding my plans, otherwise the "Flexi" pass isn't very flexible
@northernassist Thanks ELT, you'll see I replied to myself. It feels like I have to play Russian Roulette by pulling the trigger on a pass not knowing (unless I keep offline count) how many are left.
It's either intentional or just really, really poor app programming. Any idea which it is?
Ah... It tells you how many you have left AFTER you activate &, as suspected, I haven't used them all. You can't look at old passes to see what number was left the last time you activated so am I really supposed to keep an offline tally to determine remaining passes?

They may monetize division... But using terms made famous in Nazi Germany to describe them is still inappropriate and insensitive.
