@Fluffyquack Ah, sorry. Just noticed the word "recomp". I assume this is part of the dev process for a native pc port (?), to make fan mods easier to use. I'm curious which version of cv this is based off, if so.

@Fluffyquack What's the reason for removing door animations? Cv biorand? They create tension & tie back into RE1-3. I assume removing Steve is a joke, but if not doing so would also shorten the game significantly. Are you also planning on changing event scenes/rooms to make fan mod scenarios?

@shaynyss Wesker spares Chris here because he wants him to fight tyrant. (Earlier on Wesker shot Enrico before he could reveal the traitor. In some bad ending scenarios for Jill it's implied Wesker made Barry shoot Enrico though imo this is never canon. Rebecca also optionally saves Chris)

@shaynyss Wesker believes in himself as a superior being & was observing STARS battle performance in RE1 collecting their data. Rebecca would have died had Chris not saved her from a hunter. I believe this is why Wesker suddenly decides to shoot Rebecca (likely aiming for her vest imo).

@EliasDaler The broken key might just need some glue. I tried looking to see if a 3d printed replacement to fix broken keys was a thing. Haven't found anything. I also recommend looking into Dreampi if you haven't, it lets you play select games online again too; some play best w/og keyboard

@EliasDaler That makes sense. The og Dreamcast keyboards go great with Typing of the Dead. I have one og keyboard myself, but always wanted to try multiplayer with many og keyboards. I found this on ebay, imo the fix might be cutting wire shorter & soldering it back. https://t.co/8Qlqgcp4aY

@ffSteeD27 To be more clear he remembers Tifa when meeting her again in his mako poisoned state, & Cloud creates his false ex soldier persona to impress her then. For Aerith, he creates the false "jack of all trades" persona but cracks in his mask are perceived by both for different reasons

@ffSteeD27 Cloud also had mako poisoning, but was able to recover a sense of self when meeting Tifa & Aerith, likely due to his memories of Zack being twisted by Jenova. Zack had mentioned Aerith to a comatose Cloud before dying. The lifestream helps cure mako poisoning & then geostigma

@LilBigTrouble I have this, it came free inside a December 2005 PSM magazine here in the US. I assumed it was meant to be paired with the ps2 chainsaw controller while playing RE4 on ps2. I wonder if anyone ever did that. I kept mine sealed.

@zwenergy0 This is amazing! My Tiger Game Com screen has been failing. Will the hdmi out kit be something we can build ourselves or buy one day? It would be cool to see a mod like this for the Tiger 99x variant of RE2 also imo.
